Delivery Service:

We use An Post for all our deliveries with an option for DHL for larger packages. These are a trackable service. We will email you your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

Note for UK deliveries: due to Brexit, orders to the UK may incur a customs and/or VAT charge for which the recipient of the order will be liable to pay; this is outside of our control. 

We ship framed photographs worldwide. All our deliveries are insured, so in the rare event of damage to your order during transit, please contact us and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Returns:

If you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery). Sean and Kate must receive your order within 28 days of receiving it to be entitled to a refund or exchange.

To return your order, simply send your photograph to the address below in its original condition and its original packaging. We will arrange a refund upon receipt of your returned order.
